Jewish Approaches to End of Life with Rabbi Me’irah
Believe it or not, it’s going to happen to ALL of us. But lucky for us, our Jewish tradition is known for having superb end-of-life rituals that help us accept this reality, and also assist the mourners in the healing process of grieving.
So let’s learn about them together, before the eleventh hour, with many beautifully illustrated presentations by Rabbi Me’irah, (pretty pictures help…) and some guest lecturers.
Six Sessions: Sundays, 2:00-4:00 PM
All but # 6 will take place at 333 Cortland Avenue, SF
You can attend one session, multiple sessions, or the entire series. If you are interested in being part of an Or Shalom chevra kadisha (Jewish burial society), try to attend all sessions.
